Data quality mask
  0 = OK
  1 = saturated pixel
  2 = pixels affected by banding (correction will be applied in SSC pipeline)

Saturated pixels
Where image pixel values are greater than 4096, set to 4096 and flag as "1" in quality mask.

Banding - only in quality mask for channel 3
Banding from bright sources affects only channels 3 & 4. For a banding affected region, we created a cross pattern. We didn't overlay a bright star. We can do that in the future if it's useful.
